Description
LT-8A | Eight channels and one discharge outlet
The LT-8A counts discrete solid pieces and dispenses the preset quantity into bottles. Three stages of vibration space the pieces before optical counting. A single outlet directs the counted pieces into a bottle positioned on the conveyor.
Operating Sequence
1. Load samples into the hopper and set the target count on the touch screen.
2. The vibratory channels separate and advance the pieces to the optical counting area.
3. The bottle sensor checks that a bottle is in position. Counted pieces pass through the discharge outlet, then the conveyor advances the bottle.
