The small character inkjet printer, also known as the CIJ inkjet printer, operates on the principle that under pressure, ink enters the spray chamber, which is equipped with a crystal oscillator. Through vibration, the ink is sprayed from a nozzle with a very small aperture (usually 60 microns) to form fixed spacing points. Through processing and phase tracking by the CPU, some ink points on the charging electrode are charged with different cores, which undergo different deviations under a high voltage magnetic field of several thousand volts. The nozzle flies out and lands on the moving surface of the product, forming a dot matrix, thereby forming text, numbers, or graphics.
